She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Rosette Achilles Owens and Thomas James Owens; her close friend Alfred Eugene Clark; and her brother Kenneth Richard Owens. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Shellee Pietras (Aaron), Anna Kosseifi (Mario), Edward Owens and David Conner (Tasha); and her extended family, Kristy Owens, Sheila Sloan, Jamie Sloan (Billy) and Stephen Sloan.
