He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Johnson and Earle Johnson; his brother Stephen Johnson; and his father-in-law David Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Dana Johnson; his children, Traci Johnson, Kyle Johnson (Shannon Johnson) and Jason Osborn (Megen Osborn); his sister Janice Ends (Dan Ends); his sister-in-law Debbie Johnson; and his granddaughter Adalind Osborn.
There will be no public service but memorials may be given to HVAF of Indiana.
