He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Jeremy Stephens (Kim) and Kathy Minix (Scott); his grandchildren, Natalie Stephens, Benjamin Stephens, Peyton Minix and Sebastian Minix; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Karter, Shiloe and Kaizen; and his siblings, Lindel Ray Stephens, Mary Sue Parker, Fredia Ann Galloway, Ella Edwards, Josephine Harvey, Deborah Vandeventer and Linda McKane. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and in-law siblings.

He loved his business and served his clients faithfully until his health declined from the Covid Virus.
