He was predeceased by : his parents, William E. Scaggs and Christine Keltner. He is survived by : his wife Zina Weber; his sons, Bradley (Amanda) and David (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Liam, Aiden and Leah; and his sister Jackie Ford.
