She is survived by: her husband David Phegley; her children, Kerry Phegley, Kelly Phegley and Kathy Coates; her sister Vicki Gardner; and her grandchildren, Michael Phegley, Stephanie Coates, Matthew Coates, Michelle Quinn, Kristy Davis, Valerie Bailey, Christopher Coates, Amanda Gorney, Kyle Phegley, Spencer Phegley and Hunter Phegley. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel (1444 US-52, Fountaintown, IN 46130). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143).
