She was predeceased by: her parents, Reed Sebastian and Etta Mae Best Sebastian; and her siblings, H. D. Sebastian, Denton Sebastian, Helen Cop and Ruth Aker.
She is survived by: her husband William E. "Bill" Devaney of Bellmore; her children, David Devaney of Lebanon, William "Michael" Devaney of Bellmore, Teresa Little of Jamestown and Sharon Webb of Florida; her grandchildren, John Webb and Jessie Devaney; and her brother Curtis Sebastian of Indianapolis.
