He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Harold, Dorothy DeArmond, Victor and Ethel McKinley. He is survived by : his parents, Lynn DeArmond (Vicki) of Berne, Indiana and Deborah Stephan (Deere) of Kendallville, Indiana; and his siblings, Jennikaye Shaver of Middletown, Indiana, Brandon DeArmond (Heather) of New Haven, Indiana, Michael McKinley (Amanda) of Berne, Indiana, Ashley Gomez (Sam) of Newport News, Virginia, Cayden DeArmond of Berne, Indiana and LeeAnne Kerr (Jeremy) of Celina, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials are to NAMI of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
