Howard E. Baumgartner Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer W. Baumgartner and Bertha Baumgartner (Lehman); his wife Phyllis J. Hartzler; his son-in-law Pierre V. Gant; his parents-in-law, Mahlon E. Hartzler and Verda M. Hartzler; his sisters, Elaine (Dale Lantz), Marjorie (Noel Sprunger), Eddyth (Wayne Reusser) and Verna (Roger Sprunger); and his siblings-in-law, Donavon, Ellen Hartzler, Donita and Edward Brookmyer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbra J. Gant (James Myers) and Jean; his son-in-law Wendell Miller of Bluffton, Ohio; his daughter Joyce; his son-in-law Marvin Hall of State College, Pennsylvania; his son James; his daughter-in-law Naomi Baumgartner of Goshen, Indiana; his son David; his daughter-in-law Tanya Baumgartner of Berne; his grandchildren, Zachary Miller (Catlin), Erika Fisher (Matt), Lauren Hall (Vaughn Climenhaga), Andreas Baumgartner (Brynn), Nathan Miller (Janelle), Lukas Baumgartner (Erica), James Hall (Rachel Ekaireb), Caroline Hall, Nicholas Baumgartner (Shelby), Stefan Baumgartner (Jacob Kraybill) and Anika Enriquez (Alex); his stepgrandsons, Vince Gant and Paul Gant; his great grandchildren, Elena Fisher, Lucia Fisher, Emerson Miller, Luka Miller, Mae Climenhaga-Hall, Cora Climenhaga-Hall, Addison Hall, Lena Enriquez, Zoey Baumgartner, Arlo Baumgartner, Chase Baumgartner, Mia Baumgartner, Ren Baumgartner and Ari Baumgartner; and his stepgreat-grandson Pierre M. Gant.
Preferred memorials can be given to the Swiss Village Samaritan Fund, Bluffton University, or Mennonite Central Committee.
