He is survived by: his mother Nancy Jane Betts (Foust) of Berne, Indiana; his children, Ian Betts (Samantha) of Findlay, Ohio and Leandra Betts of Berne, Indiana; and his siblings, Keith Betts (Sara) of Bluffton, Indiana and Christine Zimmerman (Brad) of Berne, Indiana..
