In loving memory of Ruth A. Campbell of Berne, Indiana, who departed this world on October 18, 2025 at the age of 81. Ruth leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo R. Bisel and Cora Frances Bisel. She is survived by: her husband Alan Wayne Campbell; and her children, Lisa Renee Gullett (David) of Fort Wayne, Toni Lynn Wurster (Brad) of Berne, Matthew Wayne Campbell and Mark Alan Campbell of Berne. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westchester United Methodist Church.
