He is survived by: his wife Sally Crabill of Berne, Indiana; his sons, Lee (Rachel) of Fishers and Scott (Kelsey) of Bluffton, Indiana; his grandchildren, Audrey, Camden, Micah and Selah; his siblings, Connie Smith (Rick), Christine Klopfenstein (Todd) and Matt Hoeppner; and his brother-in-law Gary Hammond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials can be given to First Missionary Church.
