She was predeceased by: her parents, David W. Sprunger and Verna Louise Sprunger (Nussbaum); and her brother Wayne Sprunger. She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Bixler (Von) of Decatur, Indiana, Judie Fralick (Terry) of Convoy, Ohio, Jean Sprunger of Berne, Indiana and Rick Sprunger (Sue) of Berne, Indiana; and her nieces and nephews, Bobbi Reichhart (Robert), Kristina Kunes (Phil), Nathan Sprunger, Amanda Caffee (Andrew), Loree Sprunger (Kyle), Tim Fralick (Katie) and Jon Fralick (Amanda). She is also survived by twelve great-nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials may be given to The Hope Clinic or Stillwater Hospice.
