She is survived by: her children, Terrie E. "Cress" Lewis-Burden of Bruceville and John E. Cress Jr. of Augusta, Georgia; her grandchildren, John James Lewis, Erice Blade Lewis and George Benjamin Cress; and her sister Cheryl A. Herzberger.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home, Bicknell Chapel (109 E 6th St, Bicknell, IN 47512). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (509 E Walnut St, Washington, IN 47501).
