He is survived by: his wife Betty Chambers; his children, Dara Ramsey of Terre Haute, Darrin Chambers of Vincennes, Crystal Phillips, Ashley Henson (Matt) of Flora, IL, Zackery Chambers and Skyler Chambers of Bicknell, IN; his sister Rosalie Hooper (Jerry) of Columbus, IN; and his grandchildren, Bennett Henson and Korie Henson.
