She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Westfall and Emma Joan "Harper" Westfall; and her siblings, Janice Thompson and Chuck Westfall. She is survived by: her son Jeremy Westfall; her brother Russell Westfall (Cheryl); and her uncle Bruce Westfall (Ginny). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either the First Christian Church of Bicknell to the Roof Fund or to the First Baptist Church of Bicknell for the Feed My Sheep Program.
