He is survived by: his wife Neva Cazzell; his children, Tammy Thomas and Thomas "Tommy" Cazzell (Jamie); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Thomas of Evansville, Avery and Dalton Cazzell of Garland, Utah; and his pet Buddy.
