It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Allen Smith of Birdseye, Indiana, who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Lee and Susan Nel Smith (Bernardi); and his brother Daniel Coy Smith. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Smith (Karen) of Dallas and Brandie Petry (Adam) of Birdseye; his grandchildren, Breck Smith, Kai Smith, Finnick Smith, Laney Vaughn and Liam Petry; and his siblings, Bob Smith, Bill Smith, Joe Smith and Angel Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Birdseye Conservation Club (9605 Conservation Club Rd, Birdseye, IN 47513).
