He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frederick and Hazel Frederick (Grodrian); his wife Sharon K. Frederick; his son Todd A. Frederick; and his siblings, Darwin, Ralph, Howard, Don Frederick and Audrey Grabner.

He is survived by: his sons, Scott Hoza-Frederick (Betsy) and Brian Frederick (Roni); his grandchildren, Avery Resler (Dillon), Drake Frederick, Emma, John Hoza-Frederick and Skylar Wappes; and his great grandchildren, Barrett and Stevie Resler.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Bloomfield Methodist Church.
