She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Bartlett. She is survived by: her children, Pearl Barrow (Harper), Diane Hillenburg, Sandy Wetzel and Jack Bartlett.

The family ask that any memorial donations in Dollie's name be given to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
