He is survived by: his wife Bernadene Holtsclaw (Pruett); his children, Jim Holtsclaw (Kathy), Duane Holtsclaw (Mellodee) and Mona Holtsclaw; his siblings, Philip Holtsclaw (Dianna), Jeanette Vermilya (Jim) and Francis Laubsch (Greg); his brother-in-law Kenneth Reece; his grandchildren, Patrick Sparks, Sarah Sparks, Ashley Sparks, Chad Holtsclaw, Shane Holtsclaw, Lisa Sullivan, Sean Sullivan, Benjamin Holtsclaw and Jessica Phillips; his great grandchildren, Connor Holtsclaw, Ayden Holtsclaw, Emily Fulford, Dylan Trimble, Steve, Adam, Phillips, Haley Holtsclaw, Noah Holtsclaw, Sadie Holtsclaw, Asher Lewis and Freya Buntin; and his great great grandchild Tanner Fulford.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Word of Life Fellowship (4713 E State Rd 54, Bloomfield, IN 47424-6020). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Word of Life Fellowship Church (4713 E State Rd 54, Bloomfield, IN 47424-6020).
