He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Hall and Leona Hall (Shake); his wife Penny Hall; his children, Monica Hughes, Bryan Hughes, Charles Hall and Jeremy Hall; his siblings, Jim Hall and Charlotte Hall Opfer (Dave); and his grandchildren, Brianna, Mackenzie, Kayla and Alexis.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Jenkins Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
