She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillard Fawbush and Viola May Fawbush (Schaffer); and her daughter Camille Booth. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Haywood; her grandchildren, Kirsten Gude and Ryan Gude; and her siblings, Kathy Dewitt, Darlene Guiff and David Fawbush.
