He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Floyd and Wilma Floyd (Pickett); his former wife Su Young Floyd; and his siblings, Darwin Floyd and Susan Holtsclaw.
He is survived by: his wife Phuc Vu; his children, Nancy Bell (Steve), Richard Floyd, Harry Floyd and Myan Floyd; and his brother Jerry Floyd (Rose).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jenkins Funeral Home (421 S Seminary St, Bloomfield, IN 47424). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family ask any memorial donations in Stephen's name be given to Walnut Grove Cemetery.
