We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2025, at the age of 84, Joseph Martin Rose of Bloomingdale, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Rose and Elizabeth Rose (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Judy Rose (Wilson); his children, Mike Rose, Marty Rose (Beverly) of Rockville and Michele Pittard (Jeff) of Carmel, IN.; his grandchildren, Michael Rose (Bethany), Matt Rose (Holiday), Kristy Delp, Kelly Delp, Kalyn Rose Griffin (Tyler), Regan Pittard Guisewite (Tucker), Reid Pittard (Madelyn) and Rylie Pittard; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Vivian Rose, Paige, Ozzie, Crew Rose, Dorothy Griffin, Rook, Ripken, Ridley Guisewite and August; his siblings, James Rose (Janice) of Syracuse, IN, Carver Rose (Rita) of Brazil, IN and Lynda Browne (Rose) of San Antonio, TX; and his brothers-in-law, John, Paul Wilson of Parke County and Thomas Browne. He is also survived by son nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gooch Funeral Home (112 W Howard St, Rockville, IN 47872). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, because the family avidly supports organ donation, they encourage everyone to register to be a donor in honor of Joe's memory.
