She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Alonzo and Mary V. Hall (Deckard); her granddaughter Tasha Yarling; her siblings, Ora Hall, Carl Hall and Maxine Thurman; and her half-siblings, James Neff, Jack Neff, Mamie McArtor and Violet Baugh.
She is survived by: her husband Harold "Bob" Whaley; her children, Tanya Sue Yarling (Todd), Bobby Dale Whaley (Hope) and Bev Deckard (Eddie); her grandchildren, Lindsey Whaley (Jeff), Brittney Davis (Patrick), Trent Whaley (Steff), Tyler Deckard (Sarah) and Tabby Yarling; and her great grandchildren, Brylee Davis, Brooklyn Davis, Connor Whaley, Caroline Whaley, Grant Whaley, Allie Whaley and Easton Deckard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Salem Separate Baptist Church or IU Health Hospice.
