He is survived by: his wife Donna Carnegie (McElroy); his daughters, Jyme Johnston (Bruce) and Lori Deck (Jay); his grandchildren, Jodi Hawkins (Matt), Jana Young (Josh), Juli Adams (Josh), Samantha Stevens (Brant), Clint Deck and Logan Deck (Laura); his great grandchildren, Emmitt, Wyatt, Sawyer, Maci, Evelyn, Mabel, Annie, Abe, Amanda, Beau, Millie, Maggie, Charlotte and James; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Carnegie and Joellen Allen Burton (Ron).
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church.
