Ann Kathryn Fierst Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ann Kathryn Fierst of Bloomington, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2026 at the age of 84. Though Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice "Bib" Overbeck and Edna Overbeck (Peters); her son Karl Fierst; and her sister Jane Tanner. She is survived by: her husband Roger Lee Fierst; her sons, Michael Fierst (Karen Scheller) of Bloomington and Daniel Fierst (Clara Garcia Aguerrevere) of Bloomington; her sister Martha Feldmeyer (Larry) of Huntingburg; and her grandchildren, Diego, Pablo Fierst Garcia, Miles and Maia Fierst.
