She is survived by: her husband Gary Holmes of Bloomington; her children, Tiffany Willen (Michael) of Bloomington and Bradley Holmes (Len Mirabella) of Las Vegas; her daughter-in-law Terri Holmes; her grandchildren, Tyla and Ben Holmes; and her brothers, Donald Tyo and Wayne Tyo (Trish).
