She is survived by: her mother Linda Susan Deckard; her daughters, Angel Hayes of Bloomington and Ashley Cliff of Linton; her brothers, James of Bloomington Indiana and Gabriel Puett of Bloomington Indiana; her grandchildren, Wyatt Hankins and Raelynn Hayes; her fiancé James Medley; her stepfather Terry Deckard; and her stepgrandmother Helen Deckard. She is also survived by 2 nephews and 4 aunts.
