It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Joan Neal (Bloomington, Indiana), who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edwards and Mary Edwards (Grubb); her husband Harvey Neal; and her son Jerry Neal. She is survived by: her children, Brenda "Joey" Buck (Michael), Judy Patton (Rick), Janet Conder (Dallas) and Johnny Neal (Louann); and her daughter-in-law Becky Neal. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
