Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Betty Rieger (Bloomington, Indiana), born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 96, on May 16, 2021. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Corry Posson (Kilbey) and Gail Kenyon Posson; her children, Sherri Williams (Dave) of Salem, OR, Corry Morgan of Tidy Island and Mark Rieger (Karen) of Greenwood, IN; her nephew Todd Posson (Julie) of Bloomington, IN.; her grandchildren, Betsy Sochar, Jenny Steen (Shawn), David Buck (Vee), Jeff Sochar (Ashleigh), Matthew Sochar, Andria Buck, Paul Rieger (Moriah) and Patricia Rieger; her brother Ken; her sister-in-law Barbara Russell; and her niece Paula Russell (Cheri).

Over the years Betty found purpose in the community, organizing the first Pink Lady shift at the hospital and later becoming president of the newly formed Hospital Foundation.
