It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy P. Cissell of Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Cissell and Sandra Harding (Cissell); his great-grandparents, John, Betty Kashman and Betty Frick; and his aunt Patricia Frick (Sorrell).

He is survived by: his parents, Megan Short (Cissell) and Brent Dodson (Sarah); his children, Clinton and Nova Cissell; his girlfriend Theresa Thomas; his siblings, Courtney Short, Destiny Harte, Tamara Pearcy, Emma Dodson, Ethan Scott, Landon Scott, Katie Burns, James Burns (Buster) and Payton Short; and his grandparents, Mike and Mary Kay Frick. He is also survived by six uncles; one aunt; three nephews; two nieces; and lots and lots of cousins.
