She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Godsey and Laura Godsey (Barnett); her former husband McKelvie Stewart, Sr.; her husband Carl J. Gillis; and her siblings, Reda Bush, Hazel Chilton, Jan Schwallie, Marie Shoemaker, Jean Godsey, Jessie Haney, Jimmie Roger Godsey, Sherman B. "Bob" Godsey and Billy R. Godsey.
She is survived by: her children, McKelvie "Mac" Stewart, Jr. (Robin) of Anna, Texas and Judy Ann Morris (David) of Spencer, IN; her grandchildren, Chelsea McCarty (Nik), Blake Stewart (Erin), Kyle Stewart (Raquel), Brent Stewart (LaCreta), Summer Beckwith (Freeman), Craig Stewart (Lisa) and Krista Utsler (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Bailey, Paisley, Cash, Lola, Greyson, Zoey, Alice, Gabe, Nik, Kade and Madison; and her sisters, Mary Belew of Morning View, KY and Betty Young of Osgood. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
