He is survived by: his parents, Janice Darlene Smith (Cahill) of Bloomington and Robert Smith; his brother Kevin Wayne Smith of Bloomington; his girlfriend Melissa Chester of Bedford; his aunts, Charlotte Myer of Inverness, FL, Peggy Wiley of The Village, FL and Sherry Voichild (Jack); and his cousins, Trudy Smith, Tammy Scala, Linda Kesler, Brent Voichild and Brian Voichild.
