He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Thompson of Carlisle, PA and Kevin Miller (Randi) of Bloomington, IN; and his sister-in-law Mary Anne Miller of Bloomington. He is also survived by five nephews, three nieces and 14 grandnephews/nieces.
