He is survived by: his parents, Brian William Sr. and Mallory Ann Aylor (Fischer) of Bloomington; his sister Gabriella Aylor; his grandparents, Frank, Joan Fischer of Bloomington, Steve Aylor of Florence, KY and Debi Aylor of Florence, KY; his aunts and uncles, Vanessa Schutz (Bart) of Newburgh, Stephanie Kramer (David) of Crescent Springs, KY, Amanda Cole (Brian) of Franklin, TN, Jason Aylor of Florence, KY and Nick Aylor (Sheila) of San Antonio, TX; and his godparents, John and Emily Heflin of Brownsburg.

In lieu of flowers the family requests a memorial contribution be made to Riley Hospital for Children in honor and memory of Junior.
