He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanford Waldrip and Dorothy Waldrip (Cain); his former wife Shirley Waldrip; and his siblings, Earl Wayne Waldrip and Juanita Waldrip.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Waldrip; his children, Jimmy Waldrip (Becky), Tony Waldrip (Kim), Tom Waldrip (Deborah) and Priscilla Waldrip; his stepdaughter Tammy Rogers; and his sisters, Rosie Plitz and Vicky Severson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Burgoon Baptist Church.
