He is survived by: his wife Linda Shields; his children, Tami Repass, Tim Shields, John Shields and Michael Shields; his grandchildren, Kaylin Monyhan Hill, Kortne Siniard, Kolin Repass, Abram Shields, Owen Shields and Charlotte Shields; his great grandchildren, Hazel Hill, Gemma Hill, Addison Siniard, Kameron Siniard, Karson Siniard and Calum Hill; and his siblings, June Kelly (Bruce Kelly), Alvin Shields, Ike Shields (Barbara Shields) and Dick Shields (Patty Shields).
