She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Alexander and Evelyn Alexander (Freeman); her grandson William Bradley Mullis; her brothers, Robert Lee Alexander and James Boyd Alexander; and her nephew Ben Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Shelly Banks (Jeremy) and Brad Mullis (Missy Blackwell); her grandchildren, Ashley Mullis, Alex Mullis and Gavin Banks; and her sister Janet Kiser (Tom). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Carol's memory to Sherwood Oaks Christian Church or American Cancer Society.
