It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carroll W. Moore of Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Carroll W. Moore to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemence O. Moore and Willie Moore (Dunavent); and his siblings, Donald and Phyllis Schneider. He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his children, David Moore (Martha), Laurie Moore, Kathy Headley (Steve), Daniel Moore, Jennifer Moore and Stephen Moore (Julia). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, and his four great grandchildren.

In recognition of his contributions to the nursing home industry and the state of Indiana, Carroll received several awards including the the Sagamore of the Wabash.
