He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Lucille Clark Sr.; his wife Mary Clark; and his sister Gloria Headley. He is survived by: his children, Bert Clark (Mitzi), Jeffrey Clark, Tim Fox (Jennifer), Kevin Fox (Shawna), Roy Fox, Larry Fox, Wade Fox (Gloria), Tami Hendricks and Lisa Leech; and his sister Christina Hayden. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and several great – grandchildren.
