He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hay and Lillie Bourquin; his daughter Rhonda Lynn Hay; and his sisters, Kay Burke and Mary Brummett.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Elizabeth Hay (Guest); his daughter Cheryl Owen (Geoffrey); his granddaughter Hallie Renae Owen; and his sister Rebecca Kaufman.
