He was predeceased by: his brother Zachary Paul May. He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Jody May and Michael Doran May; his family Bloomington; his significant other Amanda Blake Warren-May; his children, Keenan Allan May, Kaia Silene May, Delila Star Warren and Ellie Neona Warren; his siblings, Maryellen Ruth May and Michael Doran May II; his grandparents, Doran William May and Maryellen May; Prince. He is also survived by family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Samson and Prince's name to the Monroe County Humane Association.
