He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Haizlip Webb, Sr. and Marion Webb (Gilker). He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Lee Ann Smith), Kent (Danielle), Malcolm and Charles III (Lisa). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
