He is survived by: his parents, Samuel L. Thomas and Barbara Thomas (West) of Bourbonnais; his wife Misty Lynn Vine of Bloomington; and his children, Shawn Thomas of Herscher and Kayla Thomas of Fenton, Missouri. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
