He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Fisher Oliver and Goldie Lea Oliver Blackwell (Swartz); his wife Patricia Ann Oliver (Dodds); and his siblings, Melvin Oliver, Norman Oliver, John Oliver, Steve Oliver, Carol Holtsclaw and Wilma Wikle.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Oliver (Cyndee) of Killen and Jerry Oliver (Teena) of Bloomington, Indiana; his grandchildren, Matt Oliver, Nick Oliver, Zach Oliver, Emily Ardizzone and Adam Oliver; and his siblings, Kevin Blackwell of Bedford, Dallas Oliver (Linda) of Louisville, Gary Oliver (Judy) of Texas, Jim Oliver (Judy) of Texas, Bonnie Watson (Eugene), Rita Vandeventer (Willard) of Ellettsville and Brenda Rhorer (Fred) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
