Rex Cooper lit a candle

“I was sorry to learn of Dave's passing. We shared a lot of common life experiences, Danville, IL, Troop 19, and Indiana University. I am so grateful that we were able to reunite at a high school reunion in Danville in 2018. We decided that four of us who were all patrol leaders and Eagle scouts 50 years ago, should take a photo together. I will treasure that memory as I celebrate Dave's life. My prayers are with the Tanner family and all of Dave's legion of friends. God is good all the time!!!”
