He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruth Diersen and Harold Diersen; his wife Margot of Bloomington, IN; his son Zack Diersen (Cynthia) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Natalie Eash (Jeff), Nick Decker (Paula), Michael Battista, Christian Battista, Jack Daly, Matthew Daly, Aidan Diersen, Victoria Diersen and Penelope Diersen; his great grandchildren, Estelle Decker, Emerson Decker and Arabella Eash; his son-in-law Clint Decker; his sister Donna Caprous of Johnstown, PA; and his nieces, Julie Miller, Angie Cameron and Lauren Thompson.
