He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Eugene and Mary Fox (Magadlene). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Fox; his sister Vicky Nelson (Kenny); his daughters, Tonya Hudson (Tim), Shannon Stipp (Travis) and Missi Galloway (Jerry); his niece Melody Hocking; and his nephew Doug Nelson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
