It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Robertson of Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Robertson and Vivian "Irene" Robertson (Patton); his sister Janet Payne; and his grandsons, Jon and Joe Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Robertson (Roberts); his children, Tresa Entz (Jeff), Debbie Robertson-Prince (Matt), Cindy Cain (James) and Steve Robertson (Cindy); his grandchildren, Branden, Haley, Alexia, Alissa, Jennifer, Joshua, Amanda, Jeremy, Meranda and Shirley; and his brother Mike Robertson (Carolyn). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Funeral Chapel and Crematory of Powell (3000 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at the Knightridge Cemetery (3775 S Knightridge Rd, Bloomington, IN 47401).
